Ingredients

  • 1 cups oats powder


  • 2 nos boiled potatoes


  • 1/2 cups grated paneer


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 cups water


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli


  • 1/4 tsp chat masala


  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

  • Take a bowl add oats powder,boiled potato,salt,red chilli mix .
  • Add water make a smooth dough rest in 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes take a grated paneer add salt and chilli mix well.
  • Take a oats dough ball flat in yiur hand and stuff paneer roll and flat.
  • Take a nonstick pan add oil tikkies fry for both sides.
  • Crispy tikki serve with ketchup.
