Take a bowl add oats powder,boiled potato,salt,red chilli mix .
Add water make a smooth dough rest in 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes take a grated paneer add salt and chilli mix well.
Take a oats dough ball flat in yiur hand and stuff paneer roll and flat.
Take a nonstick pan add oil tikkies fry for both sides.
Crispy tikki serve with ketchup.
